I’ve stayed three times and enjoyed each visit. The staff are warm, friendly, and amazing overall. This cute, cozy boutique hotel is in the heart of Las Cañitas, where Buenos Aires history and modern culture come together. It’s conveniently close to the U.S. and Germany embassies, with cafes, pizza places, and restaurants all around.

Jorge is always there to welcome us with a smile, and the cleaners are really kind and sweet. It’s a cute, safe place with lots of restaurants nearby.

The staff were friendly, and that’s the only reason I’m giving this one star. The towels need a much better wash, the little fridge didn’t work, and only one bedside lamp turned on. The other seemed to be there for decoration. The Booking photos don’t show the actual condition of this so-called boutique hotel, which felt much more like a hostel. The listing also failed to mention that the tiny bathroom is one floor below the bedroom, reached by steep, makeshift wooden stairs. My husband and I are in our so-called golden age, and we never would have booked a room like that had we known. Thankfully we were only there one night, since going up and down those stairs felt risky. It was an unfortunate choice based on misleading photos. There’s no value for money here. As the raven kept repeating, “never more”!

The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, and the place was a dump. I booked because I thought it was close to the airport, but it wasn’t even that close. The only “boutique” nearby is the shop on the corner. Avoid.
