The booking and the manager's treatment of me made for a bad experience. I had a confirmed deposit for November 14th to 17th, but on the day I traveled, they said only the first night was available because of supposed overbooking. They said they'd move me to another hotel, but never confirmed anything. The manager changed the checkout time several times and spoke very rudely while pressuring me to leave before the time we'd agreed on. Communication and organization were poor. I wouldn't return.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the service was great. Excellent location too.

The building is very nice, but the elevator was a hassle. We had to enter one code to go up and a different one to go down, and at one point the elevator wouldn't open.
