After switching rooms twice because the AC wouldn't cool properly and the toilet wouldn't flush, we were finally put in a room called “newly renovated.” It still had dead pixels on the TV, a crooked shower base, and stains on the chairs and other surfaces. The work looked cheap and careless. The property feels old throughout, inside and out. Of all the Sheraton hotels I've stayed at around the world, this one was the biggest letdown. I won't be back.

The pool is nice, breakfast is delicious, and the location makes it easy to walk to Centro, Puerto Madero, and other tourist spots. Breakfast staff were welcoming too, though the bar staff sometimes made us feel like we didn't belong there :) The rooms are very outdated and the bathrooms urgently need work. For me, this is two or three stars at most, not five. At a good price it might be worth considering, but at a five-star rate there are much better options.

The water-facing view was spectacular, and breakfast was great. I also liked having a comfortable bar and lounge where I could wait for my taxi. Staff were attentive and professional. One of them even helped me find my way around the huge property, and Francesca at check-in was especially courteous. I stayed on a higher floor, where it looks like they're putting together a Sheraton lounge. That would be a nice addition. The AC couldn't cool my room on one of the hottest days in December, so it got very warm. It's an elegant, classy place, though some things need updating.

A lovely building with lots of amenities, and it's close to so many downtown spots. The staff were kind and helpful, and we still enjoyed a relaxing stay. Our room did have problems: the door took a shove from the shoulder every time, and water was leaking from a bathroom light socket. I'd still recommend staying here.

On Friday afternoon, January 23rd, my wife and I had a medical emergency and needed to book emergency flights home. The whole front desk team was extremely helpful and accommodating. They showed real loyalty to Marriott Bonvoy members. Great job.
