Celeste at reception was the best part of the stay. She was calm, really nice, and helpful. My room was noisy because it was next to the elevator, so I wouldn't recommend staying there. The bed had no mattress or pillow protectors, which I think should be mandatory in every hotel. There was also no shower mat for getting out safely, or face tissues, which I consider standard.

For the location and the hotel's safety, the price was great. It's in a great neighborhood, and there was a receptionist on duty 24 hours. Breakfast isn't included, but I'd highly recommend it.

The location was the only good part. The hotel has been refurbished, but the internet kept cutting out and I had to ask for toiletries. The staff are nice, though the place definitely doesn't meet a 4 star hotel standard, and I don't think it's worth the price.

The bed and pillows were fine, but the rooms are small, dated, and feel like very budget Ibis-style accommodation. I mainly chose this small hotel for its location. I booked through Booking.com and missed the cancellation deadline, which was an unusually early month ahead. When my flights in Argentina got disrupted, I tried contacting the hotel. The replies were very dry, and they wouldn't allow a cancellation or date change. I had to ask Booking.com customer service to step in, and the hotel eventually agreed to move my booking by one night, even though I was asking 3.5 weeks ahead. Flybondi isn't the best option. There are better choices in Recoleta on Airbnb and Booking.com, with more helpful service and less strict cancellation rules.
