Cariló Paradise - 3 Nights, Cariló, Argentina

Kevin and the rest of the staff were fantastic, and we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The place looks just like the photos and is beautiful. It's only a block from downtown Cariló and a few blocks from the beach. My partner, our baby, and I stayed three nights, from December 29th to January 1st. We'll definitely return!

Celeste and the whole team were fantastic, always helpful, attentive, and smiling. It's an ideal stop for cyclists, with fully equipped apartments and cabins, grills, outdoor and heated pools, and all the amenities. If you need anything else, just ask. The service is incredible.

The setting is lovely and peaceful, surrounded by nature and peacocks, with beautiful gardens, two pools, one outdoors and one heated upstairs, and a game room. Breakfast is fairly complete, and they provide a free bottle of water per room. The location is also great, 50 meters from Carilo's center or shopping area, and six blocks from Parador Neruda near the sea. The service is basic, with no room service, though the staff try hard. We had two studio-style rooms; one had a kitchenette with a microwave and an electric oven with stovetop. The rooms badly need maintenance. Mattresses were worn out, the furniture was very old and had been painted over repeatedly, and towels had rust stains. The toilet wouldn't flush, and the bidet sprayed everywhere except where it was meant to. It's advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it doesn't live up to that impression. The location is lovely, but the rooms are very, very run-down.

The staff were the best part, attentive and helpful. I also liked the location near the shopping center and the central green space with its trees and pool. The rooms and furniture are only in fair condition, and the windows and doors need repairs or replacement. The wooden pool deck gets too hot in the sun to walk on barefoot. It's clear that maintenance has been limited for years.
