La Posada del Tordillo - Adults Only

Sandra and Maca made us feel welcome right away. Both were so kind and friendly. We had a generous breakfast, and there was hot water throughout the day. The rooms were comfortable, with a great hot shower, and the grills looked well kept, though we didn't use them. We came to Chascomús for a quiet weekend away, and the place suited us perfectly. It's a lovely property with a big garden and very little noise, since it's outside the center. We'd keep it in mind if we come back to the area.

The homemade breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and you can help yourself to as much as you want. From the grounds, and from some rooms, you can see the lagoon. The pool was amazing too, and the rooms were nice. We stayed for two days. Sandra and Maca looked after us really well. Getting into the center is easier by car or with a rented bike, but the location itself was good. The water went off for a short time, then they fixed it quickly. Don't miss the Latin American restaurant next door. Exquisite, highly recommended.

Breakfast was spectacular, with lots of delicious homemade options. The welcome was warm, and everyone treated us with such kindness that we felt at ease. The peaceful setting at Tordillo made it easy to get away from noise and enjoy the fresh air. Our room had a small refrigerator, a great bed and shower, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a TV with apps. The pool is lovely, and there are tables and loungers where you can read and enjoy the greenery and quiet. There's a rotisserie and mini-market nearby, which is handy since the shared kitchen has a stovetop and there are grills to use. The inn is far from the center, so a car or bike is useful. Bikes can be rented nearby by the hour or day. We came by train and were glad the station was so close. We left relaxed and happy, and very full, after our stay at the loveliest inn in Chascomús. We'll be back.

We left on February 2nd, then came back for another stay on February 13th. That says a lot. Sandra is wonderful, always friendly and attentive. It's a peaceful place, with a spectacular lagoon view from the pool, and the rooms are comfortable and spotless.
