El Solar De Maria

Our small studio was really well equipped, and we hope to come back soon. The location was convenient, just four blocks from the center and only a few blocks from the beaches, in a very quiet area. There is a garage, though we felt fine leaving the car outside. Gustavo was great, always ready to help and keep us informed.

The house had cobwebs and mold throughout, and the ceiling fan was extremely noisy. We also had to wait 10 minutes in 34-degree heat after letting them know when we would arrive. We called for help, but the owner didn't even apologize. As we were checking out in the rain, we asked if we could stay a little longer and were told no. For that price, there are much better choices. I really can't recommend this place.

The rental process went really smoothly, and the place matched its description. There were quite a few cobwebs, so the cleaning could use more attention, but I still liked staying there. The price is reasonable, and I'd come back.

I stayed last Saturday and found it lovely and very peaceful. The owner was welcoming, which made it a real treat. It's close to the beaches and park, right near the center, with supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops around. There's parking, though I left my car outside since the neighborhood felt so quiet.
