Bungalows Mexico

The grounds are lovely, and the pool and roomy barbecue area with its handy grill were highlights. We stayed four days over New Year's in the “Cancun” cabin, which is meant for four, but the upkeep was disappointing. The bathroom had cobwebs and mold on the wall, and its drain was blocked with dirt and hair. It overflowed, leaving a very bad smell. There were cobwebs and bugs caught on the elastic of one sofa bed, and some kitchen utensils still had marks from earlier use. The master bedroom mattress was badly worn, the living room ceiling fan made a chaotic noise, and my husband had to repair the bathroom lock because the door wouldn't shut. The place has a lot of potential. My family's other cabins were newer and cleaner, but maintenance seems lacking in many details and the cleaning service is minimal.

The bungalows have what you need for a quiet, relaxing stay, and the service was excellent. They responded quickly whenever something came up. There's lots of space, a spotless pool and jacuzzi, individual grills, plus a covered barbecue area that works well for bigger groups.

We first came three years ago and returned this year. The VIP studio apartment is the best, and the calm here is unlike anywhere else I've found. The staff were wonderful, and the pool, cleanliness, and upkeep of the facilities were all top-notch. Truly a lovely place. We'll come back whenever we can. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were five friends on a long weekend, and the houses were comfortable and ready for us. We cooked and used the grill, and the bed and linens were a 10/10! ✨ The property itself is gorgeous, with lush greenery, a pool, a barbecue area, and inviting spots all around. The hot springs are very close, and we also enjoyed the beach and town center. It's near everything. We'll be back soon!
