We couldn't pay by debit card, even though other people could. When I asked why, she started yelling. Everything was full, so unfortunately we had to stay. They seem to care only about your money and not about you. Worst place to stay in El Bolsón!
4/10
The garden and parking area were nice, but I didn't enjoy the room. It had an old, small TV, and the fan was really noisy. The mattresses were very soft, and breakfast isn't included. A double room in January 2026 cost 55,000 pesos.
4/10
The friendly service, pretty garden, and on-site parking were positives, but the basic comfort wasn't there for a good rest. The bed was loose and noisy, with a thin, worn mattress that sagged. The shower was tiny and wouldn't fit a large person. Overall, average quality.

We needed to stay a little longer because of school, and they were happy to let us. The place was beautiful, with a lovely garden, spotless throughout, and excellent service. Thanks for such a warm, welcoming stay.

The courtyard is lovely, and the hotel was very clean. It's in a good spot, close to the city center and across from the bus terminal. The place is simple and basic, and breakfast isn't included.
