Florence was a lovely host, patient and full of useful information. She gave us maps and a weather forcast for the nearby hikes, and was there whenever we had questions. The room was warm, cosy and comfortable, with exactly what we needed, including cooking tools and somewhere to hang laundry. For us, this was the best place to stay in El Chalten. Thank you, Florence, for a great experience!

Flor was the kindest host, and went out of her way to help us have a perfect visit to this incredible part of the world. The apartments at Latitude 49 make for a peaceful stay in El chalten. Our room was lovely, and the kitchen was fully equipped, so we could make lunches for hikes or enjoy takeaway food.

We’ve just checked out and absolutely loved our stay. Everything was to our satisfaction. The apartment was warm and well equipped, and the hostess was super friendly and helpful. Would recommend!

A really clean, cute place, owned by a very nice couple who are adored here in Chalten. Step outside and there’s a wonderful view of Fitzroy between the hills. They’re happy to point you in the right direction. Couldn’t recommend it more.
