The main problem was how clearly we could hear people in the next room talking, almost as if they were in our room. The wall between rooms 3&4 seemed paper-thin, even when people were whispering. The room was small and cozy as described, and in a good location, but it had no opening window. There was glass in a frame, but it didn’t open, so the room felt stuffy. A small bathroom window helped a little, but not enough. I only dealt with the managers or owners briefly over WhatsApp and never met them, so I can’t comment on the helpfulness other guests describe. The person I messaged was nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant otherwise.

After only a few hours, the accommodation felt like a friend’s home. The people there were warm, kind, and wonderful, and helped me whenever I needed anything. It’s charming and in a great spot, close to shops and very near the park entrance. Thank you so much, Natalia and Florencia. I hope we meet again!

The room was extremely cramped for two people with bags, with barely enough space for our things. Soundproofing was poor: we could hear people talking from almost anywhere in the house, and the water pipes were very loud. Breakfast was good quality but limited to bread, eggs, and drinks, with no fruit. Staff were friendly and the location was good. The hotel was okay, but I don’t think it deserves such a high average rating.

The room was on the small side, but the owners were very hospitable and friendly. When she learned I was gluten free, she came up with three breakfast alternatives. We were lent trekking poles, and they arranged a shuttle for an amazing one-way hike past glaciers and the Fitz Roy. The WiFi was the best we had anywhere in Argentina. With only four rooms, the place feels cozy, with a shared breakfast sitting area. Very clean, with nice touches.
