The cabin was lovely, and Laura and Marcelo made the stay special with their warmth and hospitality. They were already checking in by chat before we arrived to make sure we had what we needed. During the stay, they were always available and glad to answer anything, big or small. Best hosts we’ve ever had, without a doubt. Highly recommended!

The little outdoor seating spot caught the sun and was perfect for relaxing after a day on the trails. The house has a stunning view, is well equipped, and sits right in town with easy access to all the trails. The hosts were so kind, attentive and responsive. They shared great tips and helped us plan the trip and the best walks.

Laura and Marcelo were warm, helpful and generous, and their communication before and during our stay was wonderful. They gave us ideas for trekking, shopping and eating, as well as information about the stay itself. The cabin was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, decorated and equipped. Downstairs, two large windows frame incredible views. Meeting these hosts and staying in their beautiful cabin made our visit to El Chalten such an incredible experience. We highly recommend it.

Laura met us at the house to check that we had everything, and even brought fresh baked bread and mate. Communication was quick and easy, and they shared restaurant and trekking recommendations. We ate so well on the trip! They also invited us to their own home for afternoon tea. Such kind people. La Ribera is a private home with beautiful views, right in the centre, and it has everything you need for adventuring. A must stay in El Chalten, we wouldn’t choose anywhere else!

Marcelo and Laura were incredibly nice and helpful. The hut was cosy and nicely furnished, with everything we needed, right in the middle of El Chalten. We loved every minute there.
