They showed no respect for our reservation or the contract. It felt like they didn't care about us, our family, or our vacation at all. Don't come here; there are plenty of other places where you'll be treated far better.

The trout was so full of bones that we couldn't eat or enjoy dinner. We've eaten this fish plenty of times, and this had never happened before. We came to the hotel restaurant with high expectations, ordered trout with baked potatoes, and left disappointed. When we mentioned it, they said, "Some trout have bones, and some don't." 😲

The garden and its mountain views are stunning, and the pool is big. The hotel is also handy for rafting and other activities, since the companies are based right on the road nearby. Our room was spacious, with a large bathroom. The fixtures looked a little dated, but everything worked. The shower had good pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. Linens and towels were spotless. Everyone was attentive, and the restaurant staff gave great service. The food was delicious and inexpensive. Breakfast was quite good too, with fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, cakes, and more.

We stayed here with our two kids in January 2025. The river view and the grounds are spectacular, and the facilities were lovely and well kept. Staff were very attentive. Our room was small but comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and housekeeping was excellent. The pool was clean, a good temperature, and in very good condition. There were plenty of comfortable loungers, and reception provides towels. Breakfast was good, especially the croissants. There was a decent amount of everything, though it would be nice to see scrambled eggs, pancakes (typical of Mendoza), and a few other cakes added. We used the soccer field and paddle tennis court. The recreational areas were generally in good shape, but the paddles need replacing, so bring your own if you really enjoy paddle tennis. The hotel also offers rafting and other activities.

The park and views are lovely, and the hotel sits in a beautiful setting. Inside, it could use some updating, though the facilities still work. Breakfast was excellent, with delicious warm medialunas every day. The restaurant food was tasty too, but service took quite a while.
