Trinos del Este

The grounds and pool were spotless, and that's what earned the three stars on our first visit. The apartment was in very poor condition and needs a deep clean, as well as repairs. Water leaked from under the kitchen cabinets while washing up, the shower flooded, and the toilet leaked. The sink by the grills didn't work. The stove felt frightening to use, with heavy rust and bent gas pipes. Broken things really need attention. A covered patio, even with only part of it roofed, would help when it rains and give more shade. If the apartments were in better shape, we'd return a thousand times. As things stand, no thanks. I hope this feedback helps them improve.

The photos look nothing like the place now. Everything was filthy, starting with the apartment. Dirt kept the French doors from opening properly, the bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the damp walls had just been painted over. We were lucky if there was any gas. The pool was absolutely filthy too. The grounds had poor lighting at night, so barbecuing was impossible. There were red ants everywhere and no shade, which made spending the afternoon outside impossible.

Ricardo and Martin were so kind, and the cabins were clean. We had lovely weather and spent some great days by the pool. The grounds were beautiful, and everything felt comfortable. We'd love to come back! ✨

The maintenance was poor, and the price felt high for the level of cleanliness. Nothing in the photos matched what we found. The pool was extremely dirty and unusable, and the shower curtain was covered in mold. That was the last straw. It's a shame, but I wouldn't recommend staying here or return even for two free nights.
