Avenida Hotel

It was a comfortable place to relax, with a good bed, TV, air conditioning, and handy luggage storage. The shower had good water pressure too. The service was excellent! Honestly, that must be why it's been around for 120 years. Best of luck!

We arrived for our two-night booking starting Saturday, February 7th, and found the rooms clean. But there were cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed, and ants coming through the rundown wooden floors. I reported it at reception. They offered another room, but it smelled terribly musty, or a refund of my deposit. We left, and they said they'd return the deposit on Monday. When Monday came, they told me they wouldn't. It's not about the money, it's the poor attitude of the woman who didn't bother to look into the problem and then went back on her promise.

We went with a group of friends for a car meet over the October 12th holiday, and had a blast from the first day, almost like a graduation trip. The place is beautiful and well located, and everyone was truly kind. Our rooms were spacious and bright, and so was the bathroom. There's also a lovely little corner to relax and read. Breakfast was delicious, too. Thanks so much for such a great time. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely come back!

Everything was very clean, with good service and a good location. There are just a few small things in some rooms that could be improved. For the price, though, you can't expect more.
