The staff are friendly and willing to help, though they don’t seem experienced. The hotel is fine, just fine. It must have been one of the best in its prime, but time has taken a toll and maintenance doesn’t seem to be a priority.

Staying slopeside was comfortable, and Las Lenas is a place any skier should visit at least once. The off-piste terrain is amazing. We even watched two condors from above as they practiced touch and go’s. Unforgettable!
NEVOOOOOO!!!!
The pool is great and the rooms are a decent size, though they feel dated. Dinner was very good, even if the restaurant was a bit chaotic. Breakfast was another story: there weren’t enough plates, cutlery, or glasses, and food wasn’t replenished. I stopped going down so I wouldn’t get irritated. The main drawback is how far the hotel is from the town center. There’s a van, but using it is a hassle. If the price difference isn’t too big, I’d choose another hotel.
Dinner was good, but breakfast was very poor, with no fruit, for example. The transfers stop at 6 pm and also pause from 12:30 to 2:30 while the drivers have lunch. With little snow, the location isn’t great. The rooms are small and old-fashioned, probably a great hotel back in the ’90s. One afternoon, after heavy snow, the pool was cold, and so was the sauna.
