Hotel Alma di Mare

The rooms were nice and comfortable, and cleanliness was good. Breakfast can vary. The choice is tea or coffee, with bread, butter, jam, and pastries, though the croissants arrived late on the day I went.

The rooms were nice, clean, and tidy, with air conditioning and a TV, and the staff service was good. The American breakfast was four slices of plain toast, unlimited coffee, two croissants, one butter portion, one jam portion, and a single spreader for both. If you're fussy about using separate spreaders, forget it. My room had no shutters or blackout curtains, so the sun was shining right on my face at 6 a.m. They use one piece of fabric over the whole window, and the shower is extremely small. All the faucets leak. We were sold a ticket for this three-star hotel, but the only stars I could see were the Three Marias, the local landmark, if they happened to pass by the window at night. It's okay for me, and I'm not very demanding, but it's missing basic things and doesn't deserve its stars.

The rooms and bathroom were awful, with damp walls and mold in the bathroom. They don't change the sheets, and they provide no hand towel, soap, nothing. Breakfast was awful too. This was a terrible stay, nothing like the photos, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It feels more like a boarding house.

We spent December 30, 2025 to January 2, 2026 here, welcoming 2026. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, and everyone was friendly. Nahuel looked after us with great cordiality, as did all the staff. The service was excellent. Highly recommended, and a great start to the year! Many thanks to the team, especially Nahuel.
