A lovely family runs this hotel in Mar del Plata, and they're always ready to help with whatever you need. The prices are excellent, and breakfast has a nice spread.

It's peaceful and bright, with an elevator and a dining area. You can also buy drinks and cookies there. The rooms are clean and in excellent shape, with very comfortable beds, comfortable showers, and plenty of croissants at breakfast. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. Shops are nearby, and the beach is only three blocks away. Highly recommend!

The building is kept up well, and the location is great. It's owner-run, though there are still things they could improve. The room for two was extremely cramped, and the cleaning service wasn't very good. Breakfast was disappointing.

Sergio, Elsi, and Fede, the owners, create such a friendly atmosphere. Ayelén and Yanete are wonderful too, always ready to help and providing excellent service. The place is very clean, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent. We'll definitely return.
