The owner and staff were so helpful, and the welcome was warm. Everything was very clean, the service was excellent, and breakfast, which is included, was very good. I'd recommend the place if you're looking for somewhere in this area.

We called around 11:30 PM on Friday, January 9th, and Cosmo answered and kindly waited for us. Our room for three was perfect and very clean, with a faint perfume smell on the sheets. There’s a private parking lot next door, and fresh white towels every day. For breakfast there were two croissants, a small bread roll, a slice of cake, two or three pastries, coffee, milk, and hot water in thermoses. The coffee was fantastic! I like it piping hot, so I warmed mine in the microwave. You can also ask for the hot water dispenser. For a two-star hotel, it’s very complete for its category. We enjoyed the quiet, and it's just minutes from Mar del Plata. I’ve read the reviews, and I think you have to be realistic: if you want something, you get what you pay for. Thanks, Mr. Cosmo and staff. A good option for the holidays.

There’s a lovely aroma through the rooms and living room, and the breakfast is both delicious and incredibly generous. The place is peaceful, comfortable, and good for families. Cosme, the owner, is attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The photos don't show the hotel's actual condition. We decided to leave, and they refunded us without any trouble. The room and hotel were in poor shape, outdated and badly maintained. The furniture was completely dilapidated, and so were the walls and balcony.
