The staff are very attentive, and the food is good, but the place needs a lot of work. Rooms are small, there's no Wi-Fi in them, and the connection in the shared areas is awful. Several bathrooms leak, especially hot water, so the rooms fill with steam. We also found bed bugs in the beds, which was unpleasant and could be a health risk. There's plenty that needs improving.

Breakfast was very good, and the location is about five blocks from the main beach, which is the bistro. There's a lovely shopping mall across the street with fast food. In our room, the double bed was actually two single box springs pushed together. The rooms have no Wi-Fi or electrical outlets, and water leaks in the bathrooms. It needs maintenance to be more comfortable.

I stayed for a week with half-board, and honestly I wouldn't choose this place again. The service has gone downhill this year, based on my experience. We waited several days for someone to open the safe, and on three days I had to go down to reception for towels and toilet paper. One night, there weren't any cold drinks at dinner.

I went on a graduation trip organized by the municipality of Avellaneda. Most of the rooms were well equipped. Several of us were blamed for breaking things, even though we hadn't damaged anything.

The location is great, but the Wi-Fi is terrible, with practically no signal. Drinks from the kitchen are overpriced and served lukewarm. In my case, they only had Pepsi in cans, and they don't let you bring drinks from outside.
