10/10
I had a generously sized room with a nice balcony, and the kitchen area was handy for preparing the good quality breakfast they brought to my room when I arrived. The staff were very friendly and spoke good English, and the owners made a strong impression when I met them. It's in a quiet street just off Olavaria, with plenty of bars, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby, in one of the best parts of Mar del Plata. Thoroughly recommend it, and I'll return.

There was a lot of noise from the pool at night, and the customer service in general was poor.

10/10
The hotel is modern and very nice, in a fantastic neighborhood full of bars and restaurants. We had rooms 19 and 20, though, and there was a constant engine-like noise that kept us from resting or sleeping properly. The staff were kind, and eventually moved us to another room. At first they wanted to charge us extra for the change, but I felt fixing the problem was the hotel's responsibility, not ours. Once I explained that, they agreed to move us without any trouble. They leave mineral water, yogurt, granola, coffee, and green and red apples in the room, which is a great alternative to having to fit breakfast around the hotel's set hours.

10/10
The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, and there's a lovely inner patio that works well for breakfast. It's a great choice near Güemes Street, with lots of restaurants and shops around. The hotel is clearly still under construction, but we didn't hear any building noise.
