Perlamar Hotel

The beaches are very close, with direct access to San Sebastián, Alicante, and Sé Michel. Reception staff were wonderful, warm, and helpful the whole time. My room was small and smelled musty despite being kept as clean as possible. It had a large window, but no airflow, and it was carpeted. Breakfast was decent: coffee with milk, croissants, yogurt, toast, and jam. Nothing fancy, just standard. The internet worked well, but the cable signal was poor.

The staff and housekeeping were very attentive, and the sea is so close that getting there on foot is easy and pleasant. It’s quite inexpensive, though there are a few things that could be improved. Highly recommended 🤝

My son spent five days here with the "Bonaerenses" group, and it was awful. There were cockroaches when he opened the bed and in the bathroom too. The sheets weren’t changed and were dirty, and the carpets smelled like feet. Most of the staff were very friendly, but one woman, Yesica, was arrogant. When my son asked her something, she gave him a dirty look and didn’t answer. Later he asked for toilet paper, and she said there was none left. When he asked to speak with the owner, Yesica said she was in charge and that he could leave if he didn’t like it.

The owner herself runs the place, and she’s a wonderful person. The receptionists are fantastic, and the rooms, location, and even the internet connection are excellent. This hotel is amazing!
