They helped us arrange trips to the Thermal Spa in the mountains and to wineries, and the personal attention was amazing. We liked the family atmosphere and the genuine care, especially after experiencing the forced politeness of big hotels. Great location, close to everything.

Breakfast was made to order, whether you wanted toast or eggs prepared a certain way. The pool was nice for a quick cool-off, too. Our room was spacious, with a great big bed and a good shower. We loved the room and the owners’ hospitality. It felt like home, and it’s nicely situated near a street full of restaurants.

We stayed because the mattress was good and the location suited us. The service felt unfriendly, and breakfast was minimal. Room 3 was small and poorly maintained, with noise from the corridor and the hotel bell.

The pool wasn’t all that clean, but breakfast was good. Some rooms are better than others, though reception is helpful and understanding, and they can make you happy. Alberto is the best guy for helping organize a trip around Mendoza. Overall, it’s nice.

The staff were great, but I personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again. A strange, uncomfortable smell hung around the hotel the whole time, which made having breakfast difficult. Our bathroom wasn’t very clean either. I did see another room during my stay, and it was ten times better than ours, so maybe ours was just the problem. The location wasn’t the best, though at least it was quiet.
