We only stayed one night, but there was no breakfast in the morning even though it was included, and people were smoking in the living room. The music was really loud all night too. Other reviews describe more of the same behavior. I wish I'd read them before booking. The owners were annoying and seemed to care very little about their guests. They came across as scammers.

Betty and her children were so friendly, and the breakfasts each morning were delicious. Our kids had a wonderful time, especially after meeting Geovanni. We felt completely comfortable here. They also sent us information about things to do in Mendoza. On our first day, they waited for us even though travel problems meant we arrived late. We've made it to Chile now, and we're so grateful you hosted us. We'll definitely come back, and we'd recommend the hostel to families with young children. Greetings from Carlos, Carolina, Gaspar, Matías, and José-Tomas.

We had a peaceful, lovely week, and the family's hospitality was fantastic. The patio was spotless and lovely, and we made the most of it in the pleasant weather. The dining room was great too. Our flight delay meant we arrived very late, so we really appreciated the reception staff being flexible about it.
