Bruno Ripa is a total genius and the neighborhood’s best resident. The one drawback is that odd screams start coming from his house around 4:47 AM. Otherwise, I’d give it 5/5.

It’s a small, peaceful neighborhood with lovely people. Security is excellent, and the people in charge are very good.
