Costa Remanso

The heated pool was spacious and the water was just the right temperature. The outdoor pool was super clean, too. Staff were very helpful, and my family and I had a lovely few days at what felt like the best place in Miramar. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were there with several families and kids, who could play safely in the park. The staff were friendly and attentive at any hour, and the service was excellent throughout. The foosball table needs some work, and the ping pong table could use a better net and paddles.

Things were close to perfect, from the facilities to the service. I’d suggest improving breakfast and putting up signs or taking steps to keep the spa quiet after 6 pm. Children aren’t allowed, but adults still shout. Some of the park loungers were broken, though it’s a minor fix: a screw would secure the backrest, which came apart when you lay down.

We stayed as a couple over Easter week and everything was lovely. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable, and the service was impeccable. We could use all the facilities. It’s a great place to disconnect, so not having internet outside the common areas didn’t bother us. Breakfast was complete, the restaurant food was very good, and the waiter was super attentive. We’ll definitely return.
