We’d stay again in a heartbeat and recommend the Hostal del Mar to anyone visiting Miramar, especially if they speak limited Spanish. Thanks to Facundo and Macca for making the trip special. It was a pleasure meeting you and your staff, and we look forward to seeing you next time. Our long weekend was wonderful. By UK and European standards, this should count as a boutique hotel, with a perfect spot on the Miramar seafront and beautiful sea views. The English-speaking staff were friendly and gave absolutely first-class service. Rooms and public areas were clean. Breakfast was a light, traditional Argentinian spread with freshly squeezed orange juice. There was also a delicious selection of coffee and an extensive vegan afternoon menu, available Wednesday to Sunday.

The room was clean and comfortable, with an ocean view, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was incredibly attentive and friendly. The atmosphere felt super warm and welcoming, and the location was unbeatable: a few blocks from the city center, so it’s quieter, and you just cross the street to reach the water. 10 out of 10. If I could give it more stars, I would.

The architecture, construction, and decor make this place simply beautiful. It’s a picturesque old house turned boutique hotel, with simple but exquisite rooms, balconies, and views. Right on the beach, next to a public beach and a very nice resort, and the center of Miramar is within walking distance. On summer evenings, it’s also a place to watch a show or just have a drink. The service, attention to detail, cleanliness, and views make it somewhere you’ll choose and praise. It felt peaceful and romantic for us, and they even let us bring our little dog.

The covered front garden was lovely to sit in, and it came in handy during the rainy season. We could stay sheltered outside and enjoy the ocean. The house is beautiful, from its decor to its atmosphere, and our balcony had ocean views. The beds were comfortable, the room had heating, and the large bathroom was clean with a warm shower. Service was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. They kept our things for a while so we could go for a walk. Breakfast was very good. I’d definitely return.
