La Hostería

The owners hosted us, and everything felt safe and peaceful. The mattresses were new, the sheets were replaced every two days, and the towels were new too. The place was very clean and well cared for, with wonderful hot water. Great value for money. 100% recommended.

The house is a lovely chalet, kept in great shape, with a beautiful garden and a pleasant, quiet feel. It's also very close to the beach and pedestrian area. Eli looked after us while we were there, and we were grateful for how readily she helped whenever we needed something. There was a small water supply issue, which seemed more related to the city's infrastructure than to the house. The price was excellent for what we got. Hard to ask for more.

The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice range of choices, including fruit as well as the usual bread options. The owners and their stand-ins at different times were warm and gave us very personal service. The room was simple, with just one electrical outlet, which seems typical. The shower had good water pressure and flow. The hotel is three short blocks from both the start of the town center and the beach access, so you don't need a car. Highly recommended.

It's a beautiful old house, and the little front garden is a comfortable spot to sit outside and watch people pass by. The owners made us feel very welcome and were super friendly. The location is fantastic, one block from the center and one from the beach. The beach around there is lovely.
