We ended up here on 2024/03/14 because hotel kelman and hotel y restaurant Americano were full. The place was quite clean, and the receptionist was very helpful. She didn’t speak English, but Google Translate worked, and she showed us the room before we booked. The next morning felt different. During breakfast hours she was sitting in the dining room drinking her Mate, and when we asked for more hot water, she said no even though the kettle was on the counter. We boiled some ourselves. The room window wouldn’t close, but we didn’t bring it up.

Breakfast was included, but it was only some toast. We stayed one night on our ruta 40 road trip. It was quite expensive and felt more like an apartment. If you call yourself a hotel, I think you need to offer more service.

Even though the hotel was mostly empty during our off-season visit, the service was still perfect. The owner and his wife came over to help us. Our room was clean, cozy, and warm, and the price was reasonable too.

I stayed for a couple of days while sorting out some work on my computer. The place was really clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s no laundry service, but Lavadora Carlitos is just two minutes away on the same street. Excellent place.

I couldn’t get a room because the hotel was full with a band playing at the city’s festival. The receptionist gave me lots of information about other places I could try. Since my bus arrived very late and everywhere else was full, they let me rest on the reception sofa and use the Wi-Fi until morning. Muchas Gracias!
