Altos de Pinamar

The apartments had everything we needed, cooking was easy, and the shower pressure was great. I really enjoyed staying there. The one problem was the Wi-Fi. I work on my computer and phone, and someone working remotely wouldn't be able to rely on it. I should have asked about it beforehand, but better Wi-Fi would make the stay excellent. Everything else was great.

The location is near the beach, though it's not very convenient for reaching the city center, and the price feels a little high for low season. The service was excellent, and the rooms were warm, pleasant, functional, and well equipped.

The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, and well equipped, and the place itself is lovely. Staff were incredibly friendly, and housekeeping did an impeccable job. We had such a good first stay that this was our second visit to Altos de Pinamar, though we're now unsure about coming back next year. This time we were in apartment 22. The Wi-Fi never worked, the TV was unreliable, and the pool advertised as heated was lukewarm, almost cold, in mid-October. We had picked the complex again because a heated pool matters during an off-season trip, so that was a real disappointment. We'd planned to stay longer, but after bad weather kept us from the beach, the cold pool and problems with Wi-Fi and cable TV led us to leave without extending our stay. We hope these things can be fixed, because the resort is beautiful and the staff and cleanliness made a strong impression.

The common spaces and heated pool were spectacular 👌 😍. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. A wonderful experience!
