The bartenders were great, and the lobby looked clean, modern, and promising. The room seemed good at first too, but the bathroom smelled of urine and the toilet was leaking. They said toilets leak when guests put too much paper in them, and didn't offer to clean it up. We couldn't get another room. There weren't any wastebaskets, and only soap was provided, with no shampoo or conditioner. Housekeeping said this floor had no bins or wall dispensers for those products. There were unfinished details around the room, including missing doorknobs, despite the money being spent on materials. The workmanship was poor. Management needs to step in before the hotel relies too much on its location and nice photos. The young woman at check-in was unfriendly and acted like we were bothering her. The place has potential, but it was a huge disappointment.

The location made going out easy, with a 24-hour supermarket around the corner, restaurants and bars nearby, and a taxi stand right outside. The bus terminal was a five-minute walk. There was also a nice restaurant and café downstairs, serving food and drinks into the evening. I stayed for a week and really enjoyed it. The place is brand-new, with spacious, clean rooms. The shower was big and had enough pressure for my long, thick hair, and the new air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms felt spacious, safe, and comfortable, with a clean, modern look. The in-room safe took a little figuring out, and the Wi-Fi was troublesome at times. There's a restaurant on the main floor and a pool on the roof. The location is excellent, with several classy restaurants offering entertainment and shops just steps away. Staff were helpful and friendly despite the language barrier, and used Google Translate to assist me. They also arranged an airport taxi. I'd gladly stay again and recommend the hotel.

The rooms were nice, but there was no hot water. The street music was extremely loud until 2 or 3 in the morning, and the staff don't speak English.
