The outside of the place looked good, with a jungle vibe, and it was very cheap. Still, I wouldn’t go back. It was the only place available for our group, so we took it, but the rooms were old and rather dirty, with stains on the sheets and towels and all sorts of insects inside. Breakfast was very simple, and I strongly suggest skipping dinner there. The waiter tried hard, but if you don’t speak Spanish, it’s going to hurt. I saw food delivery people coming in, so ordering online might be better if you don’t want to eat out. There are good restaurants within walking distance. It was an unforgettable experience, though.

Ariana at reception was excellent, very helpful, cheerful, and extremely professional. The hotel is very close to the border and works fine for a quick sleep. Just keep in mind that checkout is at 10 am. I didn’t like how unclean the hotel felt, or the very old rooms. Breakfast was extremely crowded in a very small area.

The room was good, with nice furnishings including two chairs, a desk, a table, and nightstands. The AC worked great, and the room was clean. It’s a convenient location and very good value. The restaurant wasn’t that great, and it would’ve been nice if the city could’ve kept the water on in the mornings for showers and such.

The staff were all friendly, and the front desk folks speak English. Jonathan was a big help with our food delivery order, arranging a ride to the airport, and answering all our questions. Our room was big and very clean, with strong Wi-Fi. There are nice walkways, lots of plants and trees, and a fantastic pool. Breakfast was good, stores are within walking distance, and it’s nice and quiet at night.
