The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was acceptable, though not amazing. Everything else was a disaster for $100,000 a night. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator barely worked during our stay. The walls feel like cardboard. You hear people walking in the hall as if they were in the room, and the balcony is just as bad. A fence separates it, but it feels shared with the whole floor. If a neighbor left their window open, it was like having a conversation with them, and if you wanted to sleep, they were literally talking in your head. The water heater has melted plastic and looks like it could catch fire at any moment. Two people can’t shower one after the other without the second one getting cold water. The faucets are in terrible condition, and everything feels very poor quality or old. There was only one blanket, and it wasn’t warm enough. Since the temperature drops a lot at night, it was hard to get warm.

The staff were excellent, the location was great, and the breakfast was simple but complete and very good. My nephew and I stayed four nights, and everything was perfect. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it!

Free parking was really convenient. Special thanks for letting us leave our luggage at reception before and after checkout. We asked for a higher room but weren’t given one, even though the hotel didn’t seem very busy. Breakfast included juice, yogurt, tea, milk, coffee, medialunes, toast, ham, cheese, butter, and fruit. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed. It had everything we needed, from a refrigerator and kettle to soap and shampoo. The double bed was made up of two separate single mattresses, and they were fine. We arrived in the rain in December and were very cold, so they turned on the gas heater in the room. There was a water heater there too, but on the second night we had no hot water. For foreigners, the main convenience is being able to pay whenever and however you want. Thank you so much.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The staff were polite and friendly. It’s only a block from the beach and downtown. We’ll definitely be back!
