Hotel Territorio

The big room and comfy bed were nice, and the hotel has a pleasant whale atmosphere. The shower and bath were too small and not very good. Breakfast was okay. They offer dinner too, though it seems they don't do it much. The hotel is at the end of Puerto Mdryn, around a 20-25 minute walk to the city center.

The room had stylish decor and a bathtub looking out over the sea. Breakfast was delicious too. The location is beautiful, the staff so friendly, and this hotel in Puerto Madryn is extraordinary. I highly recommend it!

The location was the one drawback for us. At the far end of town, it's a 20-30 minute walk to the central area, or a $2 to $3 taxi ride. The dinner menu was fairly limited, even though the food was excellent. Breakfast, included with our stay, was very good. It's a beautiful modern property, and the staff were very helpful in arranging a couple of day tours for us. We stayed after the summer season, so the hotel was practically empty.

I rarely post Google reviews, but this crossed a line. Weeks before the change deadline, I reduced my reservation from three days to one. They confirmed the change by email and said a refund would be issued, but four months later I still haven't received it. I followed up by email, phone, and in person, and each time got another excuse: the finance person missed the email or wasn't working, the boss wasn't around, or the front desk couldn't make decisions. Really disappointing. The Wi-Fi also didn't work, none of the facilities were running, and the food was terrible.
