The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Staff were polite and helpful, breakfast was very good, and I thought the hotel was very good overall.

Getting into the parking area was a hassle, and the neighborhood felt a bit sketchy. The rooms were extremely old and need updating, with old everything. Breakfast was terrible and needs more, different, or better options. There was noise outside through the night, so it was a bad stay and I couldn't wait to leave. I wouldn't come back.

The rooms were spot on, and both the service and breakfast were really good. The hotel is lovely and well priced, with an amazing lounge area full of couches and comfortable seating, plus a fireplace and big TV. Its large Christmas tree made the place look so cozy and welcoming. I wish we'd been here for Christmas instead of Punta Arenas.

It has a traditional feel, which I liked, and the front desk service was excellent. The restaurant food was good; the bar menu was okay, though service there was a little slow. More pros than cons, and I'd go back.
