The grounds are pleasant, and having grills available is a nice touch. They also leave a basket of dry breakfast items, which was especially handy after arriving from the road. Everything else was fine, and the place was neat, clean, and comfortable. The one drawback came at night: the walls are so thin that you can hear the stairs in the next room, loud conversations, and even someone snoring.

The area is very quiet, and the location works well for both the beach and a walk into the town center. Our room was spotless, the mattress seemed brand new, and it had everything we needed. We'll be back!

This was my third stay at Kumen, and I feel safer here than renting somewhere else. It feels like home and has everything I need. The complex is peaceful and comfortable, close to the beach and only eight blocks from downtown San Bernardo, so it's easy to get out for the walks some of us need. Thanks for continuing to welcome me. The owners are always reachable on WhatsApp if anything comes up. I'll definitely return.

Set among houses, pine trees, and sandy streets, the apartment is in a lovely spot for getting away from the city. The beach is just three blocks away, and the town center is only a few blocks farther. It's a very nice apartment with everything needed for a pleasant stay.

Roxana and her husband were so attentive from the moment we arrived until we left, always there when we needed them. They also told us about several rotisseries, and the ones I tried were excellent! The apartment was great for its location, cleanliness, service, comfort, and the respect we were shown. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thanks for hosting us, we'll be back ❤️🦋
