It’s a good value and easy to walk into central San Martín from here. The cabins are clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the heated outdoor pool is properly warm. They provide towels and bathrobes, too. Breakfast is very basic, more of a courtesy than a full meal. The place is clean and well located, though it isn’t luxurious.

The apartment is roomy and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included, simple but tasty. The common areas could use some upkeep, especially the pool and barbecue terrace.

Our belongings were stolen from the truck that night, including our daughter’s clothes and toys, after someone tore off the tarp. Before that, we’d repeatedly told the property that the indoor parking was full and that we didn’t want to leave our loaded truck outside. They offered no solution. The property is open and unsecured. The manager admitted that thefts were happening and said they didn’t have security because it would mean “another salary.” The response was slow and showed little empathy. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially with family or a loaded vehicle.

Everything is carefully looked after, and the daily cleaning was immaculate. We went snowboarding and left very early, without time to tidy up, but came back to a spotless place. The heated pool is really warm, the beds are excellent, there’s radiant floor heating, and breakfast is included. We knew the place from a previous stay and came back. Once again, the service was top-notch and super friendly, and they even gave us a return guest discount. Ten out of ten for everything!
