Melina and Nicolás are the reason I’d come back. They’re so kind and attentive. The grounds are peaceful and well cared for, with a viewpoint overlooking the complex, and every parking space is covered. The cabin is beautiful, roomy, well equipped, and everything works. There’s a spacious reception veranda, open and enclosed, where you can eat or relax. The town center is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive away. Highly recommended in every way.

What really affected our stay was the power going out on two of the six days. Melina, the manager, was attentive and helpful with everything we asked for, but the owners didn’t respond the same way. They didn’t take responsibility or offer compensation for the inconvenience. We were seven in a cabin rented for six, and they kindly gave us an extra mattress, but the place felt small even for six. The living room and kitchen were cramped, and once the bunk bed was opened it nearly blocked the way into the kitchen. The location was convenient for exploring different parts of the area, near the road to Lake Lolog and several trails with breathtaking scenery. We stayed at Villa Cumén in February 2026.

Meli and Nico do excellent work, 10/10. The cabin is spacious and very clean, and the place is fantastic. My only complaint is that at this price, some other places include breakfast. Still, the breakfast and afternoon tea here are delicious.

Melina's warmth, friendliness, and positive energy really stood out, and her recommendations added a lot. The garden is beautiful and well kept, with peaceful wooded surroundings. Booking and service were great from the start, and our cabin was clean, tidy, and had all the amenities. Everything was a delight alongside the beautiful places we visited.
