The hotel is family-friendly, and breakfast is excellent, with gluten-free options too. There are two pools, including a smaller one that’s great for children who can’t swim yet. The staff are friendly and efficient, and underground parking is a real benefit. It may be one of the more expensive hotels in San Rafael, but I think it’s worth it. Great spot in the city center.

The pool is shut during winter, but the hotel itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. We also really enjoyed the restaurant food, especially for how affordable it was. A decent hotel by Argentine standards.

The rooms are pretty basic and missing some good mainland, though still okay. Service was fine too. Breakfast is one to skip if you can. We stayed just a night, and I couldn't have managed a second.

The pool and bar patio is the standout, probably the best in San Rafael, and breakfast was very good too. The place was very clean, though the facilities felt a bit dated and not especially well maintained.
