Red Wine Club

We had the Pinot Noir room. The missing toilet seat was an issue, and sound from the other rooms carried. I'd suggest asking for a garden-facing room, since the alternatives look onto the lobby. Cars are parked on the sidewalk, which is well lit. The room and hotel were very clean, and the fiberglass pool was clean too. We loved the huge bed and roomy, attractive room, got warm service, and enjoyed the breakfast.

The extra-deluxe king bed was the best part, and the hotel was clean and tidy. Our double room was spacious and pretty, with good air conditioning and bathroom facilities. Reception were friendly and tried to sort out problems or answer questions. The pool water had algae and needs filtering. Breakfast was good for coffee, but the juice was pulpy and the croissants were rock hard. The small hotel felt welcoming, and we had a very good stay thanks to the staff.

The hotel didn't look like its photos, and the way the service was handled was a disaster. Poor information between Booking.com and the hotel cost me $1700. They used my credit card number for it, then refused to give me an invoice or receipt. Be careful and ask everything, their practices seem shady. We left for Hotel San Rafael, which was cheaper, better located, had impeccable service, and was a much better hotel.

There's a pool, and every room has air conditioning and a TV. The place is spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
