Really great spot to stay!

We stopped here while passing through on our way onward. It was peaceful and felt safe, with plenty of room to play, sports courts and a playground. There’s parking for the car, and you deal directly with the very friendly owners. The rooms are spacious with lots of beds, and the shared kitchen is big.

We had organized a camp for children and teenagers and rented the whole property for our group. That was the agreement with the owners, especially since we were responsible for minors with parental authorization. But when we arrived, they said another group in rehabilitation would be staying there too. I raised the issue with the owners, and the other group's organizer called me, upset. I told him I had rented directly from the owners and had no agreement with him. The owners said we could leave if we didn't like it. We stayed because we'd already put so much time and work into planning the camp. The cleaning lady was unpleasant as well. In the kitchen, she kicked our pots and pans or came after us aggressively while we cooked. She also yelled when the kids got even a little loud. At our typical camp event on the final day, the owner came in shouting, “Turn the volume down!” One of the kids also came running and screaming from his cabin when we tried to get everyone up early to make the most of the day. During the night we noticed a strong smell of something. We had agreed to leave Monday afternoon, but the owner made us leave in the morning because she wanted to bring in another group. I hope this feedback helps make future events there better.
