The balcony incident was frightening: my companion leaned against something outside our room and water from a leak above was hitting the railing near exposed wiring. He got an electric shock. Friends staying in other rooms also said some showers had no hot water. We were charged a $35,000 damage deposit, but it wasn’t returned after checkout, even though our room was in the same condition as when we arrived. The toilet seat was already damaged at check-in, and we even “fixed” it. There were no bathrobes, and basic bathroom items like soap and toilet paper were missing. The place also didn’t seem to have staff suited to looking after tourists. We knew this was a budget hotel and didn’t expect much, especially after reading the reviews. But the service we encountered felt seriously negligent. We never saw the owner, and he didn’t come by to explain anything. That showed very little commitment or respect for guests. Those basics still matter, regardless of the price. It was a bad stay for me and many of my friends.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the service was awful. Nobody was helpful, and there was no hospitality at all. They give the neighborhood a bad name.

They quote one price, then charge something else, and try to make you pay for old, broken items. There’s no cleaning service, and they treat you badly. They’re shameless and malicious. This place should be shut down 🔴 Don’t go‼️‼️‼️‼️
