Cabañas Valles Calchaquíes

These cabins are comfortable, affordable, and equipped with what you need for a pleasant stay. It's good value, with a supermarket about a block and a half away and the main square roughly four blocks away.

The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the place was clean and tidy. It's not a luxury cabin, but it's perfectly fine for a night or two. The sheets were clean, the air conditioning could heat or cool, and there was a TV. The Wi-Fi worked well enough for me to work comfortably. The bathroom was basic but did the job, with a good shower, strong water pressure, and a nice temperature. Parking is uncovered, though the area feels safe.

Pablo was very friendly, but we weren't happy with the value for money. We paid 30,000 per night and have found much better accommodations for that price in other lovely towns in Catamarca. The beds were much too soft for my taste and there weren't many blankets. The rooms had no fan or heater, and the windows had no mosquito nets despite there being lots of insects. There were plenty of ants in the kitchen when we arrived, and only one stove burner worked. Nearby, a party played loud music the night we stayed, so we couldn't sleep at all. Parking is uncovered. On the plus side, there was plenty of hot water for bathing and the refrigerator cooled very well.

We had a wonderful time here. The cabins were spotless, the bedding was excellent, and the bathroom was modern with good water pressure. The heating was perfect, too. A beautiful place, highly recommend it.
