The owners were friendly and did their best to make us comfortable. The place has all the essentials to feel at home, and it's near a park that's great for kids, several shops, and a YPF gas station. The covered parking protects the whole car, though the garage is a bit tight. I'm not sure a medium or large SUV would fit. Inside, the floors give the house an older feel, while the rest of it is quite contemporary. My only real gripe was the bed, it creaked a lot whenever we moved. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay.

We sorted everything out over text, which worked well, and the area was quiet but close to everything. It was a hot day, though, and the only air conditioner was an old, noisy one in the living room. There was just a fan in the bedroom, so we ended up sleeping on the small beds in the living room.

The apartments felt comfortable and safe, and the price was affordable. The owners gave great service. A good choice for a stay in Santa Rosa, highly recommended.

The location is good, and there's covered parking, but the apartment wasn't clean. When we got there, the toilet still had excrement and toilet paper from the previous guests, and there was hair and dirt all over the bathroom floor. It really wasn't a good experience.

Just off Route 35, the place was clean and comfortable.
