We had a bad experience with the afternoon tea. The menu was pretty limited, and the croissant with ham and cheese we ordered came as a crescent roll instead, though they said those were the same thing. We weren't even given water. After waiting quite a while, I had to go find the waiter in the kitchen to get our money back. Don't expect a receipt, everything's cash and off the books…

Alejandra, the host, was kind and very attentive. The coffee was delicious, and the homemade jams were lovely. Our room was spotless, with really nice views, and the large garden was lovingly kept by Felix and his faithful friend Chavo. Such a charming place, highly recommend it.

Andrés and Ale took great care of us and made our December long-weekend stay wonderful. The rooms were beautiful, and breakfast was delicious. I recommend checking out the castle, it's a beautiful place.

The scenery is beautiful, and the place feels both peaceful and energizing. A lovely spot for a few days away, with pretty rooms. The girl who helped us was very kind.
