The room had no windows or fan, right in the middle of summer, and they wouldn't let us see it before paying. Breakfast was supposed to start at 8:00, but staff didn't appear until 8:20, and getting coffee took forever. After that, we asked for water in a thermos and they tried to charge us 20 pesos, even though we hadn't eaten breakfast. They also tried to charge us another 1500 pesos for parking. Terrible service and stay. Never again.

The rooms are small, but they have what you need to rest and sleep well. The parking garage is a plus, convenient and spacious, and the staff were helpful and attentive. Breakfast was decent, though not as good as the photos, where the staff are posing. Cleaning was limited: we arrived the night of January 1st and were told the date was the reason, but when we came back the following afternoon the room still hadn't been cleaned.

Everyone was very friendly and the service was excellent. The bed and bedroom were fine, and the sheets and bedding were spotless, which was a big plus. The garage felt very secure, since they open and close it each time you enter. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, breakfast wasn't included as advertised, and having to leave the key whenever we went out was odd.

The bed was super comfortable, with quality sheets, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. The location was good and the price affordable. Breakfast was a little meager and could use more; fruit was served on only two of the five days we stayed. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the parking was convenient.
