The staff were amazingly helpful and kind, whether we needed directions, restaurant ideas, reservations, or help finding something. Our room was clean and roomy, with a little kitchen for eating in, and it stayed comfortable inside even when it was nearly freezing outside. There's a water dispenser for filling bottles before hikes or tours. The place is close to everything but off the main street, and the breakfast area has a fantastic 360-degree view. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.

After a long day hiking, the fourth-floor breakfast and lounge area was a great place to relax and look out over the Beagle channel. The hotel is well kept, the service was awesome, and everything is close by. They offer free coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries, plus a decent breakfast. The bathroom and beds suited our needs.

We could easily walk from this central location to either end of town, though the climb up from the main street is moderately steep for two short blocks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful with local recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, served by friendly staff in a room with spectacular bay and mountain views.

The breakfast lounge has Greta views. The whole property feels modern and has clean, well-chosen amenities; guest rooms were spacious and very comfortable too. It's a convenient, comfortable hotel in a good location, and I'd highly recommend it.

My room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed. Sleep was the problem: I was on the third floor, directly under the breakfast area, where they start early. You can hear trays rolling around and customers shifting chairs. Rain is loud against the metal roof too. The room had a great view, but that didn't make up for the lost sleep.
