The breakfast was generous and had plenty of variety, and everyone working there was ready to offer advice or help. Being close to downtown is another plus. The bed was very comfortable and there was lots of hot water, both important to me. From the moment I walked into the hotel, it felt warm and welcoming. I'll definitely stay there again when I return to Victoria.

Good breakfast, fair prices, and helpful staff. It's always clean, the service is great, and I'd highly recommend it!

There was probably a blockage in the bathroom drain, which caused an odor, and the bidet's water pressure wasn't right. Apart from those issues, everything was impeccable. The price was very affordable, the place was clean and peaceful, and the service was great. We'd stayed here before, back in February 2012, and remembered it fondly, so we came back. I chatted with the staff from the start and they were very friendly. Congratulations to Héctor for his excellent service throughout our stay.

The breakfast is simple but good, and the staff are very friendly. The hotel has a lovely 1900s style and a quiet inner garden with beautiful plants. A pool in the garden would be a nice addition.
