My mom and I spent the weekend here, and the deluxe room was enormous with comfortable beds and a great view. Breakfast was honestly the best I've ever had, and the spa treatments were excellent. We had an amazing stay. Totally worth it, I'd come back!

The facilities haven't changed in ten years, so they feel a little dated, and getting there is a challenge. The roads are in bad shape and Victoria's streets have lots of potholes, though that's clearly not the hotel's fault. What really stands out is the staff: everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the service was remarkable.

The breakfast was good, though I didn't expect there to be no cold cuts. Staff were very helpful, and the room was perfectly adequate. A great stay.

The garden by the pool looks out over the countryside and wetlands, and the indoor and outdoor areas are immaculate. The dining room has a varied, excellent menu, and the service is always friendly. I wouldn't want to go elsewhere for dinner. Rooms are roomy and comfortable, too. This was my third visit and every stay has been lovely. The spa and wellness services are a real treat, and the hot springs, open November through April, can be reached from the hotel. Highly recommended.
