Juan is a good guy, always ready to help, and his friendliness and the convenience kept me coming back for four years. I’ve been bringing my daughter since 2022 so she could enjoy the pool, and I’ll miss the place, but I won’t return until things improve. The pool was filthy on my first day; weekends were busy, but it still needed cleaning and the pool products Juan said hadn’t arrived needed to be added. My daughter’s swimsuit ended up smelling awful. The lights still had the same cobwebs as in previous years, the glass above the pool was dirty, and the place badly needs maintenance. It’s being allowed to fall apart, which is a shame. Breakfast was very poor, and the price isn’t cheap. There must be better options at the same price, so it’s worth looking around. I go there 80% of the time for my daughter to use the pool. And Chiquita never offers any kind of service to guests who keep choosing them year after year. I do that for my own regular customers.

We had two wonderful days, thanks to the care and attention we received. The apartment was clean, with a lovely room, a comfortable mattress and pillows, and a bathroom that worked perfectly. The air conditioning also worked well. The terrace view was a nice extra, and the well-kept pool felt special. The apartment is well located and has a beautiful view.

The rooftop pool is great, and the views are beautiful. The service was friendly too. The bathroom and kitchen could use some maintenance.

Breakfast was delicious, and the river views were beautiful. It’s a really peaceful place with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury stay. Congratulations, and keep growing. I’d definitely come back.

Juan and Patricia were fantastic, and the cleanliness and comfort throughout were impeccable. We loved the apartment and terrace views, and the pool on the terrace was a dream. Breakfast was very complete too. The place was simply dreamy, and they exceeded my expectations. I’d definitely return. Highly recommended, and thank you!
